Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Chair of our Board of Trustees. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support us, helping with decision-making and bringing fresh thinking to our organization.

About Us:

Our team at Windsor Horse Rangers Ltd provides a sustainable, inclusive environment for young people to develop horse riding and care skills. We have 180 Horse Rangers and 25 horses, offering equine education in a safe and supportive environment that develops life skills, emotional resilience, and positive wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the Board operates to a high standard of governance and financial probity
  • Empowering young people to improve their skills, independence, and self-esteem
  • Strategic and financial management skills
  • Governance at Board level with voluntary/non-profit organisations
  • Networking within the equine community or charity sector (desirable)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
