About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Horse Riding Instructor Lead to join our team, responsible for developing and delivering therapeutic riding programs that empower individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that promote physical, psychological, and social well-being among participants.
  • Maintain high standards of horse care and management, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and staff to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new program initiatives, driving organizational growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Equine Science or related field; certification in Equine Facilitated Learning is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a riding instructor/trainer, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

$67,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.
