Care and Support Professional Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to fill Care and Support Professional roles in our supported living settings, residential homes, and nursing facilities.

Role Overview:
  • Support residents with everyday tasks, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
  • Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance as required.
  • Foster a supportive and considerate environment for residents.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care services to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK is beneficial.
  • Willingsness to undertake additional training, such as medication management or manual handling techniques.
