As a Clinical Support Specialist with our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, working closely with our clinical leads to ensure that they are effective and meet the needs of our patients.
  • Supporting our teams with data collection and analysis, providing valuable insights that inform decision-making and improve patient care.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring that all staff members have the skills and knowledge they need to provide high-quality care.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
