About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our team in CC / South West / North Devon - Somerset. As a Community Care Worker, you will deliver care that is truly person-centred, including:

  • Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Companionship: Being a friendly face and a comforting presence
  • Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most
  • Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible
  • Medication Support: Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication
  • Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
  • Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life's most challenging moments

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
