Social Care Team Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Bourne Bridge House, a residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities and Autism.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and working closely with the management team to implement care plans and provide managerial support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fulfilling your job role and supporting the management team
- Leading a team of support workers to assist with their development
- Participating in the On-Call Rota to provide managerial support
- Assisting with implementing, reviewing care plans and supporting with supervisions
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Health and social care setting, experience in leading a team, carrying out audits and supervisions, and NVQ level 3 in Health and social care desirable.
The salary for this position is £13.60 per hour (£13.85 per hour at weekends) with opportunities to work an extra 8 hours per week as a Support Worker, flexible shift patterns, alternate weekends, and an extra day paid holiday for your Birthday.
