As Assistant Guest Service Manager at Dakota Leeds, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team to provide high levels of guest service, implementing procedures to enhance our service standards, and providing training and coaching to team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a front of house role in a 4* or 5* hotel, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a hotel environment is also required. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver training and coaching are essential for this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,000, plus a £1,000 bonus.
