Early Years Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Early Years Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship at Little Beans Nursery in Poole.
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the staff in the rooms, overseeing staff observations, and working with other leaders and management team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
You will also be responsible for keeping on top of paperwork and logging the children's development, as well as keeping the room up-to-date and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone with a real passion and commitment to working in a childcare setting, who is able to care for, support, and safeguard the children in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the staff in the rooms – development
- Overseeing staff observations – Completing supervisions and 1-2-1 with staff.
- Working with other leaders and management team.
- Ensure the smooth running of nursery.
- Keeping on top of paperwork and logging the children's development.
- Keeping the room up-to-date and running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential for this position
- GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
- Must obtain a clear DBS
Working Hours:
- Little Beans Nursery is open between the hours of 07:30-18:00 Monday-Friday
- Working hours will be 40 hours per week
