About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Level 3 Early Years Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship at Little Beans Nursery in Poole.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the staff in the rooms, overseeing staff observations, and working closely with other leaders and management to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of staff in the rooms
- Completing supervisions and 1-2-1s with staff
- Working with other leaders and management team
- Ensuring the smooth running of the nursery
- Keeping on top of paperwork and logging children's development
- Keeping the room up-to-date and running smoothly
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential for this position
- GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
- Must obtain a clear DBS
Working Hours:
- Little Beans Nursery is open between 07:30-18:00 Monday-Friday
- Working hours will be 40 hours per week
