KD Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new trailer sales venture in the East Coast area. This role offers a challenging opportunity for a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and achieve targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and working to targets and KPIs, creating a sales strategy, managing a small team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Salary Information
This role comes with a competitive estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 (OTE), making it an attractive option for sales professionals looking to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and work towards targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance and reporting to the Managing Director
- Create and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth
- Manage the marketing of the business on social media and attend local events
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop a small team of sales professionals
- Deliver exceptional customer service through daily interactions with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
Requirements
- Previous sales experience from a customer-facing role
- Experience of setting sales strategies and working to targets and KPIs
- People management and training experience
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Full driving licence and willingness to tow trailers if needed
