Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients from across the region
- Delegating and assigning work to junior team members
- Reviewing accounts prepared by other team members
- Working with companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Developing junior accounts staff
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients regarding queries on their accounts
- Supporting clients with accounting and tax needs in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Developing relationships with external business contacts to maintain and grow professional networks
