Business Development Manager

4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, industries, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Support Regional Managers in identifying and developing local business opportunities
- Develop and roll out sales building processes
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Undertake competitive analysis with Regional Managers
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market research
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, progress, and results
- Proven success in achieving targets and managing/maximising B2B client relationships
- Experience in multi-cultural/franchise/retail organisations
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office
- Commercially aware and a strategic thinker
- Resilient, tenacious, and driven to seek new business and exceed targets
- Customer focused
- Excellent communicator with an ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK
