Business Development Manager

Anderson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and services
  • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve customer issues and find solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage sales forecasts and work towards achieving targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the telecoms sector and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of normal office hours
