About the Role

This is a permanent position, with an expected tenure of 2 years. The postholder will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the NMC's response to improve its culture and deliver on our purpose for the public. This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of complexity in stakeholder relationships and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement culture change programmes to drive impactful outcomes
  • Lead project and programme management to deliver complex initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Lead, develop, and motivate colleagues through change and improvement
  • Communicate, listen, and influence colleagues and stakeholders openly and collaboratively

About You

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant culture change programmes, experience in project and programme management, and the ability to build credibility and strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have excellent people leadership skills, integrity, and a strong commitment to openness, honesty, and inclusiveness.
