Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Hereford store, which serves the local community with a wide range of pharmacy services. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and effective running of the pharmacy, and driving sales and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the pharmacy is run safely and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and services, while ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy colleagues, GPs, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and that stock is managed effectively.
  • Oversee the completion of pharmacy audits and implement any necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy data security and protection policies.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience of working in the community pharmacy sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and drive sales and services.
