Location: Hereford, Herefordshire

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + Attractive Benefits package

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Hereford. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of pharmacists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Manage the pharmacy budget and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPhC registration
  • Experience in community pharmacy or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
