Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Hereford store, which serves the local community with a wide range of pharmacy services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of pharmacy professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including the ordering and replenishment of stock, and the control of medicines sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy professionals and healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to data security and protection.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
