Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing proactive customer engagement and community outreach.
  • Ensure the delivery of essential pharmacy services, including flu vaccines and NHS Pharmacy First Service.
  • Manage pharmacy colleague schedules, holidays, and working time to ensure effective planning and coordination.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to provide support and advice, while maintaining confidentiality and timely communication.
  • Coach and lead the pharmacy team and store manager to achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Provide direction and guidance to pharmacy colleagues to ensure a safe and effective workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy standard operating procedures and complete all pharmacy audits.
  • Oversee the ordering and replenishment of pharmacy stock and control the sale of medicines.
  • Build relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals in the community.
  • Maximize services and sales while adhering to clinical, ethical, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in community pharmacy sector
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering pharmacy services and KPIs
  • Excellent customer service skills
