Savers Retail Supervisor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store appearance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and customer service.
  5. Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
