About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
