About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
