An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join our client based in Pangbourne. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor in ensuring that the Payroll and HR Function provides a professional service to the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Team with recruitment processes, producing offer letters and contracts, and coordinating safeguarding training. They will also administer and process monthly payroll for all staff, including uploading new starter information to the payroll system and calculating hours.

This role requires previous experience working in a payroll position and proven work history in a busy HR function. A positive and outgoing attitude, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as generous holiday and pension packages.
