We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Chilled Warehouse team at Cotteswold Dairy. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for leading a large team responsible for the receipt, picking, and returns of dairy and associated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Control all movement of stock and verify codes against tickets
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Chilled Warehouse is maintained at all times, providing a safe working environment
  • Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Support and monitor team performance, encouraging staff to work to the best of their ability
  • Create an inspiring team environment with open communication
  • Provide support for the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, covering days off and holidays
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
