We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to support our Head of Legal with the provision of construction legal services to our London and regional divisions. As a Solicitor in our Construction Law team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our construction divisions, including tender reviews, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Working closely with our internal legal team, external advisors, and regional divisions, you will engage with stakeholders to provide timely and effective legal solutions. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and in advising on complex construction contracts and disputes.

As a Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects, and to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support to our construction divisions
  • Review and advise on construction contracts and tenders
  • Negotiate and draft construction contracts and agreements
  • Advise on construction disputes and litigation
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and effective legal solutions
