Solicitor - Construction Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to support our Head of Legal with the provision of construction legal services to our London and regional divisions. As a Solicitor in this role, you will work closely with our internal legal team, external advisors, and management to provide expert legal advice and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction law and be able to advise on contentious and non-contentious legal matters, including tender reviews, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution. You will also be responsible for reporting to management on key matters and engaging with our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support to our Head of Legal and regional teams
  • Advise on contentious and non-contentious legal matters, including tender reviews, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution
  • Report to management on key matters and engage with our regional teams
  • Work closely with our internal legal team and external advisors to provide comprehensive legal support

Requirements:
