About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Business Development Manager to join our team at haart. As a key member of our Lettings department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in the Basingstoke area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial results to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and grow the business.
