Logistics and Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at GenScript Europe. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and packing area.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track shipments, both inbound and outbound, to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Process incoming shipments, update shipment records, and generate necessary documentation using computer systems and software.
- Perform physical activities to handle, sort, and organize goods within the warehouse or packing area.
- Handle logistics invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the packing room, adhering to proper safety protocols and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (logistics, supply chain management, or related field).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle and record inventory data.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and tracking.
This role requires the candidate to work in the office, with no remote working options available.
