**Job Title:** Logistics and Shipping Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at GenScript Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Monitoring: Track and monitor the status of shipments, both inbound and outbound, to ensure on-time delivery.
  • System Packing: Utilize computer systems and software to process incoming shipments, update shipment monitoring records, and generate necessary documentation.
  • Physical Packing: Engage in physical activities to handle, sort, and organize goods within the warehouse or packing area.
  • Logistics Invoices Handling: Submit logistics invoices for timely payment processing.
  • Packing Materials Maintaining and Purchasing: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the packing room.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
  • Physical Abilities: Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights, able to lift 10KG.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the candidate to work in the office - no remote working.
