Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at GenScript Europe. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and packing area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track shipments, both inbound and outbound, to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
  • Process incoming shipments, update shipment records, and generate necessary documentation using computer systems and software.
  • Perform physical activities to handle, sort, and organize goods within the warehouse or packing area.
  • Handle logistics invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the packing room, adhering to proper safety protocols and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (logistics, supply chain management, etc.).
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle and record inventory data.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and tracking.
Working Conditions

This role requires the candidate to work in the office, with no remote working options available.
