Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM systems to ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns.
  • Manage cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment with CRM objectives.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach existing and new customers.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing campaigns, preferably within Higher Education.
