About the Job

You'll be responsible for managing client company statutory registers, filing annual Confirmation Statements, and handling various company law-related tasks. A strong focus on accuracy and compliance ensures that all filings meet Companies House requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to work collaboratively with our Corporate Finance and Tax Advisory teams will be crucial in achieving our goals.
