Talent Acquisition and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Manager to join our team at Airgas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering talent development opportunities, working closely with regional management teams to ensure effective and consistent performance management systems are in place.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience and a passion for safety and human resources excellence. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience defining and executing HR strategies, as well as a proven track record of driving comprehensive ER investigations.
A competitive salary in the range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, depending on experience. Additional benefits include professional growth opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to work with a leading organization in the industry.
