We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Management Lead to join our team at Link2 Resources Ltd. This role will be responsible for leading the recruitment and retention strategy to attract and retain top talent.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment, selection, and retention policies, managing the implementation of recruitment and retention procedures, and leading the HR Team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to drive business success.
  • Manage the implementation of recruitment and retention procedures to ensure consistent and fair practices.
  • Oversee the training budget to ensure a return on investment.
  • Lead and support the existing HR Team.
  • Assist departmental heads in managing absence and ensuring compliance with attendance procedures.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
