Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Organizational Development initiatives to drive business success, developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies, and leading the HR Team to deliver exceptional results.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Organizational Development plans to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement recruitment, selection, and retention policies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the implementation of recruitment and retention procedures to ensure consistent and fair practices.
  • Oversee the training budget to ensure a return on investment.
  • Lead and support the existing HR Team.
  • Assist departmental heads in managing absence and ensuring compliance with attendance procedures.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
