- Responsible for booking in units at multiple Cox Automotive locations.
- Utilize multiple external customer databases and systems.
- Coordinate with multiple Cox Automotive sites and auction sites to ensure smooth transition of units to sale.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to general customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring administration processes are completed to a high standard and within SLAs.
- Collaborate with key customers to enhance the customer experience.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Experience working within rigid regulations and procedures.
- Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.
