Opus People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of a public sector client.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a balance of office and remote work. The successful candidate will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide expert business administration and support, working closely with the Strategic Adviser to the Chief Executive and the Chief Executive directly. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Planning and managing the Chief Executive's diary and time, including organizing meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Supporting the Strategic Adviser to the Chief Executive with the planning and management of the Corporate Leadership Team.
- Providing secretariat support for the Corporate Leadership Team, including minute-taking and maintaining the action log.
