Role Overview
Insight Executive Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Head of Programme Management Office to support the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP), part of the New Hospital Programme.
As a key member of the programme team, you will lead a high-performing Programme Management Office (PMO) function, responsible for overseeing the development and monitoring of business cases, driving governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Trust's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO team to drive consistency, quality, and oversight of projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and tools to support programme delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain programme performance reports, providing insights to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and governance requirements
