Millfield School is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Ballet Coach to lead expert RAD Ballet instruction as part of the Millfield Dance Programme.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ballet in education and be able to inspire students with Classical and Contemporary Ballet techniques. With a focus on our advanced ballet students, this role involves coaching across all age groups from year 9 to 13.

The programme consists of 38 weekly sessions, covering Classical Ballet from Grades 5-8. The successful candidate will have the ability to engage students through detailed knowledge and inspiring teaching methods.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in helping maintain Millfield's reputation for sporting brilliance through the co-curricular programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality RAD Ballet instruction to students aged 9-13.
  • Coach across various age groups, with a particular focus on advanced ballet students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating Classical and Contemporary Ballet techniques.
  • Collaborate with other dance coaches to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded dance programme.
