Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of bespoke curricula for vulnerable and hard-to-reach children
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging pupils to take ownership of their learning
  • Work closely with the tutor team to identify and address areas of concern, ensuring pupils receive the support they need to succeed
