Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and work closely with pre-construction and estimating teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop promotional materials, including collecting information from projects and writing specific evidence pieces, case studies, and capability statements.
  • Assist with tender quality submissions and ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Attend industry events, including school visits and contractor meetings, to promote our company's capabilities.
  • Prepare company promotional materials and social media content.
  • Monitor company information and ensure general compliance.
  • Perform general administration and day-to-day office duties.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
