Job Duties:
  • Assist the Adult Community Learning Manager to deliver the college's community program and meet targets.
  • Coordinate correspondence, marketing, and administrative tasks for community learning.
  • Develop strategies to meet community skills needs.
  • Liaise with community groups and businesses to build working relations and networking.
  • Work with multiple agencies to improve educational opportunities.
  • Carry out tasks as requested by the Adult Community Learning Manager.
Requirements:
  • DBS on the update service
  • Experience in community development or a similar role
  • Experience working in FE or a similar environment
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
  • First Aid at Work Qualification (or willingness to undertake)
  • Able to work in an organised and methodical manner
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
