We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Department Head to oversee the smooth operation of our housekeeping department.

This is a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, working closely with the housekeeping team to achieve excellent standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Assist in the setup and running of events to maintain operational smoothness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a housekeeping or facilities department.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  • First Aid and Fire Marshal training or willingness to undertake.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
