About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and active NMC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
