We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and monitor residents' health status.
  • Lead and participate in handover information to colleagues, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills, with a strong understanding of National Standards and NMC Codes of Practice.
  • Show sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Hold a current and active NMC pin number, with previous experience in a care-setting.
  • Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device, with experience of leading, motivating, and managing staff.
