Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll for the group and supporting with bank and cashbook reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit monthly payroll, including reviewing overtime and additions.
  • Be responsible for bank account reconciliations, including multiple accounts, multiple currencies, and petty cash.
  • Monitor cashflow on a daily basis and analyse variances against forecast.
  • Assist with month end close and year end audits.
  • Process monthly credit card transactions, quarterly VAT returns, and collate PSA data.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience of payroll.
  • Experience of bank reconciliations and cash reporting.
  • A relevant finance or payroll qualification.
