About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when required" basis at our retirement developments in North Wales, Liverpool, and Manchester.

Your primary focus will be on managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to our Owners. You will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and safe for our Owners.
  • Provide a first-class service to our Owners, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Administer the office, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the development.
  • Arrange contractors to maintain the building, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Comply with health and safety checks and standards, ensuring the development is a safe and healthy environment for our Owners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to work on an "as and when required" basis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Owners and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality would be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy, with experience of using Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
