About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a Relief Lodge Manager to cover absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when required" basis at retirement developments within a reasonable travelling distance of your location.
As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners. You will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings. Hours of work and presence on site will be subject to negotiation between yourself and the Area Manager when work is available.
About You
This role will suit someone looking for a flexible role, content to work as and when required. The position won't be suitable for people who are already committed to permanent work elsewhere.
You will need to understand our customers and have a desire to make a positive difference. With the focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for the Owners, you will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising.
You will know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.36 per hour, plus mileage reimbursed. You will also receive a subsistence allowance should an overnight stay be required, annual holiday calculation based on annual entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, pro-rated for hours worked, and life assurance.
