About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when required' basis at our retirement developments in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards
  • Facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings
  • Liaising with a range of departments and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer, or hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Computer literate with previous experience of using Outlook
  • Able to work independently on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising
