Aerospace Manufacturing Site Leader

FPR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Site Leader to lead our team of professionals in Hampshire, UK.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing. They will be responsible for driving delivery performance, maintaining quality performance, and driving profitable growth through improvements in efficiency, capacity, and capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 160 professionals on site
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance and quality
  • Drive profitable growth through improvements in efficiency, capacity, and capability

Requirements:

  • Experience gained within a well-regulated and mid to low volume manufacturing environment
  • Degree in Engineering or Business, with an MBA or advanced business management qualification
  • Aerospace industry experience is desirable
