FPR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Aerospace Manufacturing site. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, and maintaining quality standards.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a vertically integrated Aerospace manufacturer who design, machine, build, test, and distribute high-performance mechanical devices globally. As General Manager, you will lead a team of 160 professionals, engaging across all levels of management and promoting the site's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and improve delivery performance
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, capacity, and capability
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a well-regulated manufacturing environment
- Degree in Engineering or Business, with an MBA or advanced business management qualification
- Aerospace industry experience is desirable but not essential
